Fox Television WTXF Philadelphia

The WTXF project was a complete renovation/expansion of a working television station. The station is located in a four story 80,000 square foot building in downtown Philadelphia. A requirement of the project was that the station was to be kept on line and fully operational, 24X7, throughout the entire construction process. This required extensive planning of the building spaces and infrastructure. The design was based on a phased construction including interim studios and production areas.

The building's electrical, mechanical, plumbing and fire suppression systems were completely replaced. The multi-phased construction required commissioning of each individual phase prior to continuing on with construction of the subsequent phases.
