Landon School Addition

Project was a 20,000 square foot two story addition to the existing athletic facility. The new space houses the wrestling room, weight room, aerobics training room and offices. The project required detailed infrastructure work to interface with the existing building power, plumbing, controls and heating system. The new space was cooled by standalone rooftop vav equipment. Services included developing preliminary options to serve the new addition, construction administration and system commissioning. Tasks relevant to contract include work within Montgomery County, familiarity with local codes and humidity control and outside air conditioning for exercise environments.
