Fairfax Nursing Home Addition
The scope of the project was a 6,000 square foot addition to an existing nursing home. The space included patient rooms, therapy rooms, recreation rooms and staff offices. The electrical, plumbing and fire suppression systems for the addition were extensions of the base building systems. The mechanical system was a complete stand alone system. The construction cost for the project is $2,600,000.
