New River Valley Regional Jail Facility: (20 million dollar Virginia State Project) Mechanical design and construction management for the architect and engineer for a new 200,000 sf. facility.

York County Courthouse Facility: Mechanical design and construction management for this new 10 million dollar court house facility for the state of Virginia.

NIH Building 40: construction management for new 20 million dollar cancer research facility.

Danbury Hospital Cancer Center: Mechanical design for the cancer treatment facility at Danbury Hospital, Danbury Connecticut.

Verizon Arlington Communications Building: Design and construction management of new 200-ton chiller and renovation of existing chilled water system for building. Various mechanical HVAC upgrades on all five floors (approx. 50,000 sf.) of telecommunication building.

Mr. Marx has over twenty five years of experience in the Mechanical Engineering field.  His first position was as a test and balance technician. He was responsible for on site project supervision, and the testing and balancing of commercial air handling systems both air-side and hydronically. His responsibilities have included the design and drafting of HVAC systems for commercial office buildings, health care facilities, public schools, and tenant renovations.  Currently, he is involved in the design and construction management of many Verizon telecommunication facilities, Fox television buildings, and various school renovations.
