Mr. Kirby has over twenty-eight years of experience in the Electrical Engineering field.  His engineering experience includes work in new and renovated Educational Facilities, Medical Facilities, Commercial Office Buildings, Public Safety Centers, Aquatic and Recreational Centers, Low Rise and High Rise Multifamily Residential Buildings.  His responsibilities include electrical design, project management for commercial and mixed-use residential project, marketing, proposal writing, load analysis and personnel manager.

Project management duties include client meetings to develop scope of work, preparing proposal and design fee estimates, and project budgets.  His other duties include, energy use studies, code conformance studies, existing electrical system evaluations, and construction administration.  Responsibilities also include building surveys including preliminary site visits and investigative reports.  The reports evaluate the existing condition of the building systems, code violations and any recommendations to expand or replace existing electrical systems.
