Project was an 8,000 square foot addition to an existing 18,000 sq. ft. office and communications center.

• $4.8 million project with $1.8 million of MEP work.
• Addition of entire 3rd floor and mechanical penthouse while maintaining building operation.
• Two 50,000 CFM chilled water AHU’s.
• 250-ton chiller plant.
• New 3,000 amp 208V main electric service.
• 1,000 KW stand-by generator.
• New fire alarm system including VESDA detection system.
